Withdrawal Form
If you would like to stop lessons for any reason, please let us know by the 15th of the month you would like to be the last (e.g provide notice by May 15th for a June 1st withdrawal), and we'll adjust the schedule and your invoice accordingly.
Kindly be advised that if you intend to initiate a withdrawal for any subsequent month, it must be requested at the conclusion of that month and cannot be processed during the middle of the month. To illustrate, if you submit a withdrawal request in May but wish to withdraw in June, the withdrawal will need to be scheduled for the end of June.
If you wish to withdraw but still intend to take part in our annual recital, it is acceptable. However, it is important; to note that you must officially withdraw from music lessons by the 15th of the preceding month in which you no longer wish to continue.
Please note: If you do decide to reenroll with CCAA, you will have to pay the $35 registration fee again. Also, your status on the musical ladder will be reset, placing you back at the starting point.
